Ian Tan

Welcome to my page. I am a postdoc in the research group of Dominik Šafránek at Charles University in Prague. I received my PhD in Mathematics in 2025 from Auburn University, where I was a student of Luke Oeding. I am interested in various areas in Quantum Information Theory such as the theory of entanglement, quantum error correcting codes, and quantum state tomography; I try to bring mathematical tools from representation theory and algebraic geometry.
